Episode 128 - Paging Johnnie Cochran

If you need a lawyer, you call in the best. We miss you Johnnie Cochran, as the NFL needs you to defend it against a Louisiana lawsuit to restart the NFC Championship Game. Why is there a lawsuit you ask? Because of poor officiating? Fans taking things too far? A half wit lawyer trying to make a name for themselves? You can decide.
We start this week with a review of the NFC and AFC Championships, both full of drama and surprises and referees. It's the Rams and Patriots (surprise) in the SuperBowl. Do they deserve to be there? Would anyone bet against New England at this point? We also tip our caps to the 2019 Baseball Hall of Fame class, including Seattle slugger Edgar Martinez and the late Roy Halladay. We may give some shit to the voters for their first ever(?!) unanimous choice for the hall.
The Canucks are in unfamiliar waters approaching the All Star Weekend, playing meaningful playoff race games for the first time in four years. How this this impact the approach to the trade deadline? Are the Canucks cooking up something big for when they host the draft this June? How are the prospects doing in Utica? All this and more, plus our best and worst in Garbage Time!
